Cooking Directions
Cook from frozen. These veggie burgers are fully prebaked. Please do not overcook. Overcooking will make them too dry.
STOVETOP: Heat in a lightly oiled skillet on medium heat for 3-4 minutes on each side or until heated throughout.
BARBECUE: Oil each side lightly before putting it on the grill. Heat for 3-4 minutes on each side or until heated throughout.
CONVENTIONAL OR TOASTER OVEN: Preheat the oven to 400¬?F. Place patty on a baking sheet. Bake for 4-5 minutes. Flip. Bake for 4-5 more minutes. Let's sit for 1 minute. Serve.
MICROWAVE OVEN: Remove from overwrap and place one or more patties in a single layer on a microwave-safe plate. Microwave one patty for 1 minute. Increase cooking time 50-60 seconds for each additional patty. Let stand 1 minute. Serve.
