Rajamudi is a variety of red rice that was earlier grown exclusively for the maharajas of Mysore. It is a rich source of dietary fiber. It is unpolished, and naturally comes in a beautiful red and brown pattern. Rajmudi rice is sourced directly from small scale farmer. It is produced under minimal processing methods to ensure that products retain wholesomeness which provides maximum nutrition. It is highly suggested that you soak, ferment, roast or sprout before consumption to derive full benefits of millets and whole grains. Wash rice thoroughly, and cook in the ratio two cups of water to one cup of rice in rice cooker or pressure cooker.
