Storage: Store in a dry cupboard.
Preparation: Use as an alternative to rice, in salads, bread, baking, porridge or cookies. To cook, boil with 2 parts water, 1 part quinoa. Place over a low heat, stir occasionally and simmer until all water has absorbed
