Garbanzo bean flour (aka chickpea flour) is creamy and rich, lending a fantastic texture to baked goods. Fava bean flour has a distinctive earthy flavor. Together, these gluten-free flours add fiber and protein to gluten-free pizza dough, cake batter, cookie dough, and more. Use it with wheat flour, or it is gluten-free with potato flour or another starch.
Explore our recipe collection! As with most gluten-free flours, we recommend adding xanthan gum or guar gum when baking.
At Bob’s Red Mill, we process package and test our entire line of gluten-free products in a dedicated facility. Browse our collection, including potato starch, almond flour, and coconut flour.
