We accept requests for Refunds subject to approval only if there has been an error on the part of the company in terms of product such as defective, damaged or wrong item delivered. The process is subject to approval and hence may take 3-5 days for process completion, depending on the case in review. Important NOTE : Any claim for Refunds need to be registered latest within 12 hours of delivery since the products in question are food and any claim beyond 12 hours will not be valid as per our Company Food Safety Policies.
