Note:
Tempeh must be cooked before consumption, black spots on the tempeh are natural culture sporulation and do not indicate spoilage, once defrosted do not refreeze product
Cooking Suggestions:
Cut tempeh into 1 Cm square, pan fry until golden brown(3 - 5 minutes) and serve with chilli or your favourite sauce. Alternatively add tempeh to stir-fries, salad, curries, soup, and sandwiches.
